Your membership auto-renews monthly. Your auto-renew date will be every month on the anniversary of your start date. Membership(s) must be paid in full at the time of registration; students not paid in full at the time of the first class will not be admitted into the class. Pro-rating is not available.

Membership Cancellation
One River requires 30-day advance notice of cancellation and must have cancellation documented via online or physical form. You can request this form from a staff member at the front desk either via phone or in-person. Your 30-day notice begins the day you fill out and submit the cancellation form.

You may place your membership on hold for up to a maximum period of 3 months and we must have your hold documented via online or physical form. You can request this form from a staff member at the front desk either via phone or in-person. Membership can be cancelled when it is on hold, but is subject to the 30 day notice policy.

If you are going to be absent, you can schedule a makeup class as described below. If you stop attending completely, this does not constitute cancellation of your membership and you will be billed according to your auto-renew date. To cancel, you must adhere to the cancellation procedure specified above.

Makeup Classes
Students are encouraged to attend their weekly class consistently. Students attending semester-based classes will not be offered a makeup class, unless the class missed was due to One River not executing the class that day.
